3. Ordering & Delivery

• You may access our AI Image Generator by using purchased coins. To place an order for coins through our website, you must first register an account on our site (claudenet.com).
• Your coins are not considered an asset but only a means of exchange for the AI Image Generator services provided through this website. You can access your purchase history and check your coin balance through your account after logging in. The account is not considered a store of value or transaction history – coins should be used as soon as possible for the services offered on claudenet.com.
• To purchase coins, please use the respective widget on the pricing page and confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms. You will then be redirected to an external payment gateway to complete your transaction securely. After a successful payment, we will add the purchased coins to your account. Purchase is typically completed promptly after payment confirmation but may take up to one (1) business day depending on system availability. If you do not receive your coins within one (1) business day after your purchase, or if your account is invalid or expired, please contact our customer support at support@claudenet.com.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or violations of our Terms of Service. In such cases, a refund may be processed in accordance with our refund rules.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Please note that due to the nature of our services, no cooling-off period applies. Once coins are purchased, no refunds or reimbursements will be offered unless the delivery of coins has failed due to technical reasons. If this does not apply to you, a refund will not be issued.
• The purchase of coins depends on the proper functioning of third-party systems. Therefore, the failure of such systems may occasionally cause a transaction to fail, resulting in undelivered coins. In these cases, the customer qualifies for a refund.
• Refunds must be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of the transaction. If a refund is approved, the amount refunded will be minus any incurred fees and transaction costs. Refunds will be processed in the same currency and via the same payment method used for the transaction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are correct and valid. All such refund payments are non-cancellable and irreversible. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days but in some cases, this period may be extended to 30 calendar days – we will inform you if this happens.
